- Grievance officer
Our Grievance Officer handles complaints under India's Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 (the IT Rules) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Email grievance@altscape.ai. To have an intimate image of you, or content impersonating you (including morphed images), removed, use our removal form. No account needed.
We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 7 days. We act on requests to remove an intimate image of you, or content impersonating you, within 2 hours, and on other requests to remove content that breaks rule 3(1)(b) of the IT Rules (for example obscene or privacy-invasive content) within 36 hours.
