Our shared space

AltScape is a private space for you and your partner to spend time together. These guidelines exist to keep it warm, safe, and respectful. They apply everywhere the two of you interact on AltScape — in your shared rooms, messages, and the memories you create together.

Be kind

Treat others the way you would want to be treated. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, and discrimination of any kind are not welcome here. Disagree gently and assume good faith.

Keep content safe

Do not upload or share illegal, hateful, violent, or non-consensual content, or any content that endangers or sexually exploits minors. These limits apply even though your space is private to you and your partner, and content that endangers minors is reported to the relevant authorities.

Create authentically

Share moments and memories that are yours to share. Do not impersonate anyone, infringe copyrights, or misrepresent AI-generated content as something it is not.

Report what does not belong

If something breaks these guidelines, report it. Choose Report on a message or on your partner's card, or reach our team directly through Contact support. Reports are confidential.

When guidelines are broken

Depending on what happened, we may remove content, limit features or suspend accounts. We aim to be fair and proportionate. You can appeal a decision from Safety → Appeals in the app, or by contacting support. Serious or repeated violations may lead to permanent removal.
